Yom HaShoah is Holocaust Remembrance Day, which we commemorate each year at CBI with a solemn ceremony remembering the millions of victims of the Holocaust, coupled with a guest speaker. In years past, we have had many a Holocaust Survivor speak to us to share their harrowing memories and courageous tales of endurance.
At CBI, we feel that it’s important to always remember the past but to, concurrently, not forget about the future.
We memorialize those that were killed and whom we’ve lost but do everything in our power to keep their memory alive. We do that by continuing to rebuild the culture which they were a part of and from which they were sadistically torn away.
We remember the past, live in the present, and are always focused on the future.
